According to media reports, the woman was moving through the area when a pack of stray dogs suddenly attacked her, leaving her injured. Hearing her screams, people nearby rushed to her aid. She was taken to a hospital for immediate medical assistance.
The woman was first taken to Sub District Hospital Beerwah. However, considering the seriousness of her injuries, she was referred to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar after initial treatment.
